Terms of Service - Tomatalk

By creating an account and using Tomatalk, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the application.

1. User Conduct & Zero Tolerance Policy

Tomatalk is a community for learning and connection. To ensure a safe environment, we maintain a Zero Tolerance Policy regarding objectionable content and abusive users.

You agree NOT to:

• Post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or hateful.
• Engage in bullying, hate speech, or sexual harassment.
• Share sexually explicit content or pornography.
• Spam or solicit other users for commercial purposes.

Any user found violating these terms will have their content removed and their account suspended or terminated immediately.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC)

You retain ownership of the messages and content you create ("UGC"). However, by posting UGC, you grant Tomatalk a license to use, store, and translate this content for the purpose of providing the service.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you share and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

3. Reporting and Moderation

We provide tools for users to report objectionable content and block abusive users:

• Blocking: You can block a user from your chat settings. They will no longer be able to contact you.
• Reporting: You can flag specific messages or user profiles for abuse.

Our Commitment: We review all reported incidents within 24 hours. If a violation is confirmed, we will remove the content and eject the offending user to ensure community safety.

4. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time via the settings menu in the app. Upon deletion, your personal profile data will be removed from our public systems.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account without prior notice if you breach these Terms.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI translations are 100% accurate.

Tomatalkのアカウントを作成し利用することで、お客様は本規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意いただけない場合は、本アプリを利用することはできません。

1. 禁止事項とゼロ・トレランス（断固拒否）方針

Tomatalkは学習と交流のためのコミュニティです。安全な環境を維持するため、私たちは不適切なコンテンツや攻撃的なユーザーに対して一切容認しない方針（ゼロ・トレランス）をとっています。

以下の行為を固く禁じます：

• 違法、有害、脅迫的、虐待的、嫌がらせ、中傷的、下品、わいせつ、または差別的なコンテンツの投稿。
• いじめ、ヘイトスピーチ、またはセクシャルハラスメント行為。
• 性的に露骨なコンテンツやポルノの共有。
• スパム行為や他のユーザーへの商用勧誘。

本規約に違反したユーザーは、コンテンツの削除およびアカウントの即時停止・削除の対象となります。

2. ユーザー生成コンテンツ (UGC)

お客様が作成したメッセージやコンテンツ（以下「UGC」）の所有権はお客様に帰属します。ただし、UGCを投稿することで、お客様はTomatalkに対し、サービスの提供（翻訳、表示等）のために当該コンテンツを使用、保存する権利を許諾したものとみなされます。

3. 通報とブロック機能

私たちは、不快なコンテンツの通報や攻撃的なユーザーをブロックするための機能を提要しています：

• ブロック: チャット設定から特定のユーザーをブロックできます。ブロックされたユーザーはあなたに連絡できなくなります。
• 通報: 特定のメッセージやユーザープロフィールを、利用規約違反として報告することができます。

運営の対応: 報告された事案は24時間以内に確認されます。違反が確認された場合、コミュニティの安全を守るために、コンテンツの削除および違反ユーザーの排除を行います。

4. アカウントの削除と停止

お客様は、アプリ内の設定メニューからいつでも自身のアカウントを削除することができます。削除後、プロフィール情報は公開システムから消去されます。

また、本規約への違反があった場合、私たちは事前通知なくアカウントを停止または削除する権利を有します。

5. 免責事項

本サービスは「現状有姿」で提供されます。AIによる翻訳の完全な正確性を保証するものではありません。
